Hey guys - it's Fighter


Many of you reading this know me as the guy on Twitter who is always posting about the dangers (health & morally) of being a mouth breather.

But the truth is....

I haven't always been a nasal dominant breather myself. Way back in 2018 I was suffering from severe Tourette's syndrome. I would tick anywhere from 8000-10000 times a day.

It was so debilitating that it stopped me from even being able to get my drivers license because I couldn't safely operate a vehicle.

Honestly, I felt kind of hopeless. I had no idea how I was ever going to be able to move on in life without even being able to drive a car. How would I pick up a date if I had one? Or drive to go train? Would I uber everywhere? BIKE?!

No... that's crazy! So I thought to myself "Tourette's is a disorder that basically is my brain being constantly overactive.... what if I just learned how to slow down?"


This NATURALLY led me to the study of breathing. We know our heart rate, our mood our stress levels, energy levels, etc. can all be linked in some fashion to our breathing.


Turns out, I had struck gold! Over a prolonged period of practice starting in 2018 my Tourette's slowly started to get more and more mild (coupled with a healthy diet and exercise).
